Professor Healy is on the faculty of the Mathematics Department, as well as that of the Applied Mathematics and Scientific Computation Program. He is also an affiliate Professor of Bioengineering. In addition, Professor Healy is a Program Manager for the Microsystems Technology Office of DARPA, and a Research Program Consultant for the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) at NIH.
