We present some techniques for analysis of high-dimensional data based on wavelet packets, spectral graph theory and other statistical techniques for analyzing and clustering data in high-dimension. While the mathematical framework we will present is completely general, we will also consider an application of these techniques to hyperspectral imaging for a specific medical application.
