February Fourier Talks 2011

This will be a survey talk on a class of self-reciprocal polynomials
arising from coding theory related to Duursma zeta functions.
However, towards the end we shall present a brief heuristic argument
which supports a conjecture made by Duusma which is a rough
analog of the Riemann hypothesis.
